EVENTS MARKETING REPRESENTATIVE Office Based Internship

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Event Marketing Representative to lead sales and marketing efforts focused on mortgage and personal financing solutions. This role is responsible for generating new business, assisting customers with financing applications, and building strong, lasting relationships while consistently achieving measurable results.

• Actively seek new business opportunities and customers focusing on mortgage refinancing and personal financing.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to sales fulfilment and follow-ups.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored financing solutions while building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Engage in face-to-face marketing in sales and marketing initiatives such as property launches, booth openings and salary-day fair.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financing solutions while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
• Consistently meet sales target while ensure compliance with internal bank policies and industry regulations.

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written) and other proficiency is a plus.
• Strong leadership, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and be results-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various personalities.
• Reliable transportation is required, as this position involves attending various marketing events
