Internship Overview
The HR Generalist performs the basic functions of the HR department such as organizing employees profile & social welfare, involved in full-cycle recruitment process, perform payroll support and manage all HR records.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the entire recruitment process cycle.
Assist in Payroll management.
Involve HR Management tasks such as employment contracts preparation, workforce planning & readiness and maintaining HR records.
Plan initiatives with other organizations or institutions such as SL1M and colleges to pool a good database of resumes to support recruitment flow and demand.
Prepare reports, general filing and assist in administrative tasks.
Assist in organizing company events and in-house welfare activities.
