Internship Overview

The HR Generalist performs the basic functions of the HR department such as organizing employees profile & social welfare, involved in full-cycle recruitment process, perform payroll support and manage all HR records.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the entire recruitment process cycle.
  • Assist in Payroll management.
  • Involve HR Management tasks such as employment contracts preparation, workforce planning & readiness and maintaining HR records.
  • Plan initiatives with other organizations or institutions such as SL1M and colleges to pool a good database of resumes to support recruitment flow and demand.
  • Prepare reports, general filing and assist in administrative tasks.
  • Assist in organizing company events and in-house welfare activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in HR Management or Equivalent
