Welders work at manufacturing plants to shape and modify metal objects. They are educated on workplace safety practices, including the type of protective equipment they need in various situations. Welders are tasked with reading the blueprints, calculating welding dimensions, and carefully welding whatever is necessary. They must be familiar with manufacturing safety precautions and may be expected to perform cutting, soldering, or brazing duties as well.

• Able to perform good quality welding and finishing, from start to end read and interpret technical & product drawings
• Assist Production fitter for variety of work include polishing, grinding, drilling, cutting, and others related work.
• Set up and adjust welding equipment to perform high quality welding on stainless steel plate/ hollow/ tube in production process
• Knowledge of related safety standards & willing to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.)
• To operate electric cutting machine, bending machine, etc

• Knowledge of various welding techniques, including TIG, MIG, arc, and oxy-fuel welding
• Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques
• Ability to read 2D drawing
