Business Consulting Intern Remote Internship

Join Gugusan Sasana Consultancy (GSC) and gain practical consulting experience by working on real business transformation projects. As a Business Consulting Intern, you will support experienced consultants in business research, AI-assisted productivity, business analytics, proposal development, organisational development, and corporate training projects for government agencies, GLCs, multinational corporations, SMEs, and private organisations. This internship is ideal for students who enjoy solving business problems, conducting research, analysing data, and learning how consulting projects are delivered from start to finish.

Benchmark organisations, products and industry best practices.
Prepare business reports, executive summaries and presentation slides.
Assist in proposal writing and client documentation.
Analyse business and survey data using Excel and AI tools.
Support corporate training design and development.
Develop learning materials and participant resources.
Assist with digital transformation and AI implementation projects.
Support the continuous improvement of InternPlace and other GSC platforms.
Attend online project meetings and contribute ideas during discussions.
Complete assigned work according to agreed timelines and quality standards.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital Business, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Management, Economics or related disciplines.
CGPA of 3.20 or above is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working remotely.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar platforms is an advantage.
Positive attitude, professionalism and willingness to learn.
