• To perform day to day administrative and operational matters of office
• Assist as a front desk in daily operation and answering incoming calls.
• Receive clients, guests and service providers at the office
• Receive incoming documents and distribute to the personnel
• Maintain a ready supply of office stationery, pantry supplies and business card
• Book hotel and flight tickets for staffs
• Handle courier services.
• In charge of office equipment and supplies, including keeping inventory of office supplies and ensuring that
office machines are kept in working order
