FULFILLMENT ASSISTANT - INTERN Office Based Internship

PETALING JAYA, Selangor

Looking for an individual who can handle customer orders in an online environment. Their duties include gathering the products a customer has ordered, packaging the order appropriately, and shipping or providing the order to the customer at the time of pickup.

Perform filling and coordinate with third-party logistics/own transporter to ship out customer orders, satisfying internal shipping requirements(technical service, vendors, etc.).
Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel, filling work orders from production.
Ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged and overseeing cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Ensure systematic filling of all documents relating to orders to ensure traceability.
Ensure all work processes are adhered to company’s policies, procedures, and practices.
Responsible to assist direct supervisor to manage customer complaints in relating to pre-delivery and post-delivery issues.
All other duties assigned by Fulfillment Supervisor.

Candidates must possess at least a SPM with one (1) year of experience in warehousing or equivalent experience.
Computer literate and familiar with MS Office.
