Internship Overview
Responsible to support online marketing and handle enquiries and follow up with e-commerce site customers including Facebook Instagram etc.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Provide operational support to customer by answering calls and online queries, analyses reported issues and offer appropriate advice and/or answers .
• Support daily operational task of online sales, and assist to complete daily online order fulfilment .
Requirements
• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, Media, Mass Communication, Public Relation, Logistics,
• Willing to commit internship for minimum 3 months and up to 6 months
• Interested to learn more about sustainability and e-commerce
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint
