Provide remote/onsite helpdesk support to internal users, PC hardware/software setup & troubleshooting, Windows updates & troubleshooting, Basic Active Directory Domain administration, Basic Office 365 account administration, Servers hardware/software setup, Monitor & Maintain Server data backup & recovery, Monitor & Maintain Antivirus, UPS setup & installation, Basic CCTV/ Projector system setup, Basic broadband router, switches & wireless AP setup, Participate in projects when required, Other ad-hoc duties

• Installation and configuration of operating systems and software for users
• Assist users on operating system, email, hardware and software related issues
• Deployment of PC, notebook and printers as requested by users
• Assist in troubleshooting network and wireless connectivity issues
• Respond to incidents at timely manner, investigate and provide temporary or permanent solutions of escalated incidents
• Coordinate with 3rd party or equipment vendors to resolve problems

• Candidate must possess Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent
• Required language(s), English
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
