Internship Overview
A career in Real Estate can be both very challenging and very rewarding. We are opening up some Internship positions for us to mentor students lookin to complete their internship
Responsibilities
assist in the communication with buyer, lawyer and banker
help to define the RIGHT property for prospect
providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers
approaching new customers during roadshow
arrange appointments with buyer to show the property
give full cooperation with manager & company
Requirements
current students or recent graduate from Diploma or Bacelor's Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing Communications (MarComm) or related fields
Maintain good relationships with customer, build long-term rapport
Outdoor marketing/Cold calling in office (all support by company)
Assist to develop materials for Online Advertising and Offline Presentation Trainings
Familiar with social media, Microsoft office and basic photo editing (will be add advantage)
have own transportation
