As a Human Resources (HR) Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, supporting the department with daily operations, administrative tasks, and projects related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and HR compliance. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in a professional HR setting while contributing to key HR initiatives.

• Assist in job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Support the onboarding process by preparing documents and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in tracking employee training progress and feedback.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation.
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related information.

• Currently pursuing Diploma, Degree in Hr, Business, Admin or a related field.
• Required language(s): English & Mandarin
• Working location: PJ8 Office Tower B.

• Intern Allowance: RM1,000
• Transportation Allowance: RM300
• Possibility of full-time employment after successful completion of the internship.
