Internship Overview
Join our team as an intern and gain valuable experience in the Sustainability Industry! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various projects and initiatives within the company.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing the company's e-commerce platform(s), including product uploads, descriptions, and inventory management.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Support the implementation of marketing campaigns and promotions on the e-commerce platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and logistics to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
Assist in customer service inquiries related to online orders and transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Requirements
Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 3 months of internship required.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).
Strong listening and communication skills and the ability to articulate design, ideas and suggestions clearly.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and be results-oriented.
