Internship Overview

- promote product to potential client - analysis what is the market trend - understand the client's need & want - obtain new sale

Responsibilities

  • give full cooperation with manager & company
  • arrange appointments with buyer to show the property
  • approaching new customers during roadshow
  • providing guidance and assisting sellers and buyers
  • help to define the RIGHT property for prospect
  • assist in the communication with buyer, lawyer and banker

Requirements

  • have own transportation
  • Familiar with social media, Microsoft office and basic photo editing (will be add advantage)
  • Assist to develop materials for Online Advertising and Offline Presentation Trainings
  • Outdoor marketing/Cold calling in office (all support by company)
  • Maintain good relationships with customer, build long-term rapport
