Internship Overview
Intern will be assigned by the superior in assisting for ensuring the orders and Support the project team by communicating, follow-up and provide support to any marketplace-related questions and concerns by the vendors or new onboarding vendors
Responsibilities
Possess your own laptop, stable internet connection & phone
Willing to learn and discover new skills beyond the typical job scope
Motivated and driven in fulfilling duties
Fluent in English & Malay
Requirements
Support the project team by communicating, follow-up and provide support to any marketplace-related questions and concerns by the vendors or new onboarding vendors
Assist on product sourcing's requests and provide the price benchmarking
In charge of keying in/update vendors' details and data in Lapasar admin account
Support on curating email blasts through Mailerlite
Send and respond to emails that are related to offline orders management, provide updates and reminders.
Assist on daily calls with vendors/buyers related to order management
Assist on any adhoc tasks assign by supervisors from time to time whenever necessary.
