Internship Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic thinker to help us connect people with the right personal and mortgage financing solutions. If you enjoy working with data, understanding customer needs, and creating smart strategies to reach potential borrowers, this role is for you!
Responsibilities
Drive new business acquisition with a strong focus on mortgage refinancing and personal financing.
Manage the entire sales process, from cold calling to sales fulfilment and follow-ups.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to business growth
Ensure full compliance with internal bank policies and industry regulations to uphold service integrity and trust.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and follow-up activities in our system.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and conversion rates
Requirements
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia holder (or equivalent) in any relevant field aging from 18 years old and above.
Strong leadership, relationship-building, and teamwork skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with various personalities
Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and be results-driven.
Energetic, confident, and a pleasant personality
Strong sales acumen, persuasive skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia (both oral and written) and other proficiency is a plus.
