Internship Overview
The primary role is to manage e-commerce orders from end to end; picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders and organising and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Check website dashboard daily for new orders;
Pick items according to order form, prepare it for shipment and ensure packing item according to specified packing guidelines
Process delivery through courier services to fulfil customer orders
inputting appropriate tracking numbers in emails to customers
Requirements
Willing to commit to the internship for minimum of 3 months and up to 6 months.
Able to multi-task, self-motivated, independent, ability to follow instructions.
